Congratulations to our 2021-22 Mathletes. These students participated in this program with approximately 100,000 students from across all fifty states, three American territories, and over thirty foreign countries. Most of those participating in our contests rank among the best mathematicians in their schools. Therefore, the students who earned individual awards rank among the best of the best internationally!

A big send off last week for one of our favorite people! Mrs. Kurzinski has been our school psychologist at Maple Ridge for the past seven years. She has helped countless students to be successful. Mrs. Kurzinski is moving back home to Pittsburgh and she will be missed so much by all of us at Maple Ridge. We love you Mrs. Kurzinski! You'll always be a Maple Ridge Mountain Lion!
Our fifth graders recently performed at the Hope of America program at the Marriott Center with many other Utah County elementary school students. They sang songs about The Declaration of Independence, our Founding Fathers, the military, and songs reminding us how much we love America and our responsibility to be a light as citizens of the United States. It’s always fun to see our students participate in this activity!
Track meets are always a favorite end of year activity for students. Our Maple Ridge 5th, 4th, and 3rd grade students all had their track meets this week. They did well and had a lot of fun! A big thank you to all the parent volunteers who came and helped out with events!
Our last PTA event of the year is Cecil's Fun in the Sun Day on May 24 in the afternoon. Grades 1-5 will participate and we would love your help in making this event a success!
Congratulations to these students who were our students of the month for April at Maple Ridge. They were recognized for showing gratitude! We are proud of each of them.
