There is still time to get your Reflections entries in! The due date for entries is now Tuesday, October 18th!
Theme: "Show Your Voice!"
All entries are done online. Parents must create a Utah PTA online account for themselves, and then submit an entry on behalf of their student. (When creating your account, you may put "Parent" when asked for PTA position.)
Here are some detailed instructions on submitting online:
- Go to website https://www.utahpta.org/ref
- Under My Reflections Entries, click on the light blue button "Submit Reflections entries"
- Click on "+Submit Entry"
- Complete the form for your student. Person submitting the form should be the parent.
- Make sure that the correct School/PTA is connected to your account - in our case "Maple Ridge Elementary PTA".
- Fill in Title of Work and Artist Statement, and select the correct category. (Once you select the category, an additional section for the selected category will appear for FILE UPLOADING.)
- Select the file for your student's art piece, and click on "Upload" to verify the file. The acceptable file types are shown for each category. This step does not submit the entry.
- Attach any necessary consent forms. If your student's art piece requires a consent form, click on that circle and it will open additional boxes to fill in. Consent forms can be downloaded from the Rules and FAQ's page.

- Once all fields are completed, click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page
- All of the category rules and FAQ's, along with other important Reflections information, can be found if you click on the button "Reflections info for parents".
