National School Nurse day is in May and we celebrated our school nurse, Celeste Henderson, today! Mrs. Henderson is amazing and has worked extra hard this year and has put in many long hours. She has been our go-to person for all of our questions and is always so kind and willing to help in any way she can. She has helped us keep our Maple Ridge students healthy and safe this school year! We love Mrs. Henderson and we are so lucky to have her!

Our principal is soda-lightful! We celebrated our fabulous principal, Mrs. Matis, yesterday for National School Principals' Day. The students created all kinds of notes, posters, wrote poems and sang songs all about how much they love Mrs. Matis. One of the things we love most about her is that she is interested in the success and happiness of students, parents, and faculty & staff. She is 'soda-lightful' and we are truly grateful to have her at Maple Ridge!
