On Thursday, October 5th, the fourth grade class was able to see what it may have been like to be a viking at the Utah Museum of Natural History in Salt Lake City.  They were also able to see ancient artifacts to reinforce what they are learning about in social studies this year.

UPSTART is a free, technology-delivered kindergarten readiness program that will give your child a fun start in reading, math, and science (with a focus on reading) in just 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

On Friday, September 29, students from each of the classes at Maple Ridge were recognized for their abillity to PERSEVERE.  

First graders from Maple Ridge Elementary had a fun and educational experience at the Big Red Barn on Friday.  Mrs. Hall, a first grade teacher, even won a tractor race!
