Track meets are always a favorite end of year activity for students. Our Maple Ridge 5th, 4th, and 3rd grade students all had their track meets this week. They did well and had a lot of fun! A big thank you to all the parent volunteers who came and helped out with events!

Our last PTA event of the year is Cecil's Fun in the Sun Day on May 24 in the afternoon.  Grades 1-5 will participate and we would love your help in making this event a success!

Maple Ridge kindergartners recently went on a field trip to the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City. It was a little stormy but the rain held off long enough for them to have a great time! 

Congratulations to these students who were our students of the month for April at Maple Ridge. They were recognized for showing gratitude! We are proud of each of them. Mrs. Matis is "Nacho Ordinary Principal" and we are so grateful for all she does for us! Today we had a little fiesta and ate chips and salsa to celebrate National School Principals' Day. We are so lucky to have Mrs. Matis at Maple Ridge!
