Students and parents at Maple Ridge enjoyed watching our 4th, 5th, and 6th graders perform in our school play. They all did an excellent job and we are so proud of their hard work! Special thanks to Mrs. Sanders, Jenkins, and Stacey for all the time, hard work, and love that they put into this years school play.

Fifteen of our Maple Ridge Mathletes participated in the Springville/Mapleton math tournament this week. Our Maple Ridge students did outstanding! Bear Bingham was the first place student overall and one of our teams took second place in the team competition! We are very proud of all their hard work! #mapleridgepride #MRsmartkids

An evening performance for everyone is this Tuesday, April 16, at 7:30 at Springville High School, 1205 East 900 South, Springville, UT. Another performance will be held on Monday, April 15, at 3:30 p.m. at Spanish Fork High, 300 West 99 North, Spanish Fork. And, admission is free. 

Our PTA is excited to invite our school community to join us in celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week.  We are so thrilled to have such wonderful teachers and teacher helpers here at Maple Ridge.  Many have asked about favorite teacher items so we are making a list available for you if you choose to access it.  Please remember that a note of gratitude from you or your student is the best thanks anyone can receive!

Last week, students in 4th grade at Maple Ridge traveled to the Natural History Museum. They were able to explore and continue to learn more about what they have been studying in social studies. 

Last week Mrs. Rasmussen's 4th grade used their engineering skills to build houses to withstand the wind!

On Friday morning Maple Ridge was delighted to enjoy our Kindergarten students participating in the annual Kindy 500! This event is something all staff, students, and parents look forward to all year. 

This morning Cara Boyer and Stacey Hall were recognized as Maple Ridge's classified employees of the year. They do so much for our school and we are so lucky to have them as our P.E and Library specialties teachers. Next time you see them make sure to tell them thank you for all they do for us.
