On Friday, November 20th, students and faculty at Maple Ridge were able to wear their pajamas. This was to promote the 'Gobble Up with a Good Book' campaign to get students to read for the month of November. Students were able to get cozy as they had a readathon throughout the day.
Recently, students in Mrs. Olsen's kindergarten classes celebrated the fiftieth day of school by dressing up 50's style. Not only did they dress up, but they did several activities reminiscent of the '50's' era.
Students at Maple Ridge Elementary were able to show their appreciation for the sacrifice all of our soldiers make or have made for our freedom by creating Christmas cards that will be shipped to troops overseas. Enjoy learning what our students think about our wonderful soldier heros!
