The day before the Thanksgiving break, students from all grade level participated in the annual Gobble Off.  One representative from each class was chosen, and then performed their 'gobble' for the rest of the school over the intercom.  Every class voted on their favorites.  The winners were:  Reed Ryskamp, Spencer Smith, and Brayden  Cardon.

The Chinese acrobats performed for students at Maple Ridge Elementary on Thursday, November 16th.  Students were amazed and astounded at the many feats these acrobats could perform.

Students at Maple Ridge were honored to hear from several veterans, and learn about the history of the Star Spangled Banner on Monday, November 13th.  Several of the veterans are relatives of the faculty and/or students of Maple Ridge.

On Wednesday, November 8th, members of the Maple Ridge student council attended a leadership conference at BYU.  These student council members were able to hear inspirational talks, and learn about how to be a good examples and leaders in their schools.
