Kid's Marathon

In an effort to promote healthy choices for our students we are excited to inform you that Payson Canyon Half has partnered with our school for the Kids Marathon again this year. Over the next four months your child will be running each week towards their goal of completing a marathon (26.2 miles). This running will take place at school. Each child has set a goal to run 25 miles.  Then on Saturday, May 11 at 9am all students are invited to run the final 1.2 miles of our kid’s marathon in Payson.  Each teacher will keep a log of the 25 miles run prior to our concluding event on May 11th. If you want your child to run in Payson for the final 1.2 miles, the parent will be responsible for registering your child/children and transportation to the event.  It is a $15 registration fee which covers a race shirt and finisher medal.  Prices increase on February 1, so register soon for the lowest cost.
